Refund policy
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds, returns, and cancellations are not accepted.
Wrong address
Please double check your address and order details before placing an order, as shipping details cannot be changed once it has been shipped!
Exchanges / refunds will not be accepted on orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect input of address by the buyer. IF the package is able to be returned to me, then a reshipment of the same product may happen once I receive the original items.
Stolen packages
As a small business, I am not responsible for lost or stolen orders from tracked deliveries and unfortunately will not be able to offer an exchange / refund on the item.
Once sent to the carrier, the package is out of my hands. Please contact me if you think your package is lost in transit -- I can try to help by contacting the carrier, but most times it would be best for the you (the buyer) to contact the carrier and report it. Sometimes the package was delivered to a neighbor's address, is either "returned to sender" or waiting at your post office due to a failed delivery attempt where the postal worker was unable to leave the package. These problems are issues with the postal service and not in my control. Exchanges / refunds are unfortunately not accepted in this case.
